The Honey Crafter, est. 2021, started in Jess's home kitchen, selling almond honey nougat to local delis in Port Elizabeth. It built a cult-like following; friends told friends, and friends told friends.

In 2026, Stefan joined the business, and together they decided it was time for something new: hand-made chocolate-coated almonds and dates.

The almonds are locally sourced and slow-roasted over low heat for a rich depth of flavour, then dipped with soft dates in Belgian chocolate, creamy enough to melt right between two taste buds.
